  Can’t fault the service it is great but the store was so dirty the floor were covered in mess it was only am and needed a good sweep. The store is packed stuff everywhere the aisles hard to get around. I went for a click and collect and only had to wait 5 mins but decided to look at some linen and cushions while I was there. It is so full it look like a op shop or $2 shop it was so untidy I couldn’t just look around. Awful shopping experience go online.

  The products we bought were high quality and fit for purpose. The staff we spoke to were mostly friendly.
  There is a frantic atmosphere in this store. Stuff is everywhere, there was a huge delivery on the shop floor blocking the products i was browsing. Staff members working on the delivery saw me struggling moving crates to browse but offered no assistance.
  When i had fabric cut, the gentleman serving me was great, but he was being harassed by a loudspeaker telling him to pick up the phone. He had a queue. It seems that the staff need more support from management.

  Really big spotlight, I know all the isles as I practically my whole childhood in there. Really good for fabrics, low end crafts and home living products! Perfect for parties

  Looking for showerproof outdoor cushions - Spotlight's range is excellent. And their Christmas novelties are just gorgeous. But it was the amazingly helpful older lady on the checkout who made the experience so good. Helpful 5✨️ and done with a smile and delightful manner!!

  This is a fantastic shop with extremely helpful staff. I"ve recently discovered my love of art and am a wheelchair user. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and happy to assist in collecting items out of my reach.

  Always a good place to shop, lots of bargins to sort through I just picked up 2 single bed valances for $2.00 each in latte/mocha
