- carl hollander Added October 22, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have been going to Parkers since they opened and have noticed of late the standard definitely slipping. The serving staff are always great, just the quality is getting worse. My last visit the steaks were over cooked and one steak had a piece of plastic in it. When I advised the staff all I was told was that they would tell the manager. When I was paying the bill nothing more was said other than sorry about the plastic in your steak. This would've been a great opportunity to comp an item off our order. If the staff had of said "We have comped $8 beer today" when I was paying that would have been enough to make me happy and to return. It would have been a nice gesture and an easy fix to a problem. I won't be returning to Parkers in Geelong. Very disappointing.
