- Janette Shaw Added April 08, 2022★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Apartment smelt of stale cigarette smoke, otherwise good. The apartment would look great painted a light or white colour, as its quite dark and gloomy atm. It needs that facelift. Cleaner was very apologetic about walking into my room before I checked out. Thankfully, I was dressed but was startled. They need a better communication system to ensure cleaners know whom has checked out and whom hasn't.

However for the price it was okay. Facilities in the 2 bedroom apartment were just sufficient for a one night stay if you're looking to just sleep. Location though is amazing!! 3 minute walk to the waterfront and 2 minute walk to Westfield shopping centre! Very central to everything and staff were limited but very helpful

Had an issue with the wrong date. Staff were extremely unhelpful and secretly charged my account without my authorisation.
Stated they would call their "boss" to try and find a solution. As soon as they hung up the phone they charged my account and called me back and said there was nothing they could do as it was booked through a "third party" despite the booking being made via their own website.
Stay very far away.
