    All round it was excellent, friendly service and Claude Gasparini went above and beyond the call of duty. I was able to get it at a changeover price that was agreeable.

    Avoid this dealership at all costs.
    The worst customer service I have ever seen dealt with.
    Salesman, manager & mechanics refusing to contact my partner back when she's paid for the car in full & has been waiting for the car for nearly 3 weeks.
    They are refusing to give her any details in regards to the car, defaults or if there will be an estimated time of completion.

    An inspector is about to get involved.
    Taking our business elsewhere (not the Blood Motor Group).
    Not worth The 1 star.

    If you want a Hyundai... go to Essendon Hyundai.

    More precisely, if you want service.

    I am sick of Blood Hyundai telling us one thing and then doing whatever they want!
    After our car had a warranty issue (not their fault, I admit) they promised us a car to use.
    5 days later and we are still waiting.

    The person we were dealing with won’t answer their phone, or even return a call. PATHETIC.
    This wouldn’t be so bad if ANYONE else knew what was going on!

    Claude was a pleasure to work with. Great service, easy to communicate with. Claude went the extra mile and made sure the entire process was seamless. Highly recommend.
