  Terrible Quality, rushed through
  
  Booked in an appointment for full acrylic set, when I got there place was full and had people waiting. I didn’t mind waiting as it’s the second day back from lockdown and obviously busy, however I was rushed through and given the worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had (I’ve been getting my nails done for a long time). Although the staff were kind, the first staff member that prepped my nails put my tips on wonky, didn’t correct them, left chunky bits on the sides after filing them, got glue all over my fingers and underneath the nail creating a bumpy ledge, the second woman spent no more than 3 seconds filing each of my nails, completely rushed me through the entire process and left me with uneven, streaky and bumpy acrylic and shellac, didn’t smooth out the underside of the nails at all leaving bits of glue, acrylic, shellac and nail everywhere. I had to spend an hour after my appointment at home peeling off glue and shellac, and trying to even out the undersides myself.
  Perhaps if they had managed the bookings better instead of taking on 12 clients in 1 hour with only 5 staff available then they would’ve been able to do a much better job in my nails... unfortunately I won’t be back but I do hope management takes the time to think about the way they are trying to rush people through their appointments as it’s not worth the time or money to me
