  I was so excited to find this T2 store in Geelong two weeks ago.
  I was given the most magnificent T2 tea and teapot by my company for Christmas last year and wanted to buy the particular Refreshing tea that I had almost finished.
  The most helpful assistants were in abundance, 3 or 4 or 5 were there to answer my queries as I wandered looking for this particular tea.
  Unfortunately i was a victim of a store that does not trust its employees to touch the cash register, and there was a queue of 4 people before me, it was late in the afternoon and I had 10 minutes to get to my car and start for home 2 hours away!
  There was a customer being looked after very well by the sole cash register trusted person and this customer was doing all her Xmas shopping for her whole family and work colleagues, it was obvious that there would be at least a 30 minute wait as the cash register trusted person was not aware or acknowledged our existence! Very unfortunate, sad that your business has limited life span. I had to put my purchase down and disappointedly left your beautiful shop.
