Had surgery at Geelong hosptial after an accident, developed an infection and the leg went valgus as the bones had not united even though the particular surgeon told me to start weight bearing on it.
I ended up with a deep infection, osteomyelitis due to long term oral antibiotics I beleive. As well as septic arthritis. Could still require an above knee amputation down the track.

They made my fiancé feel as if she wasn’t listened to, and as if any questions she asked were silly and not worth answering.

- lyn stefanac Added January 08, 2023★ ★ ★ ★ ★I Recommend Dr Chatar Goyal very Highly. I have been his patient now Since 2016. I had a Total Right Knee Replacement back in May 2016. Chatar told me that the Recovery time would take about 4 mths it was a very slow Recovery.
Then I started to see some improvement. People asked me how my knee was going. I would tell them my knee feels stronger I can walk better and I am not falling Anymore. All positive He Chatar is a very Excellent Orthopaedic
Sergeon when he speaks He is very easy to understand. I have had my left leg done also The Recovery is a bit Slower but I expect the Same Recovery. Thankyou Chatar and Thankyou to his Secretary
