  Staff were extremely rude and condescending… when trying to book an appointment to which I did everything they asked and still no call back.. appallingly staff booked with another dentist who was amazing.

  I don’t know what to say! I have never been spoken to so poorly in all my life! The staff were unhelpful and extremely rude! When I rang for third time to ask another question I heard a staff member in the background say “oh my god, is she ringing again, what the!!!”. I asked for an apology which I never received! I’m pretty sure customers shouldn’t be treated in this manner! Appalling and disgraceful! Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!

  The fear I had of having a major procedure carried out was overcome by the seamless and friendly level of service and personal care I received.
  
  From the very first consultation, the procedure itself and all of the detailed follow up post op exceeded my expectations.
  
  I highly recommend Mr Ching and staff on the professionalism, level of care, explanation of the procedure and modern appropriately regulated facilities and practices.
  
  Consumers should be aware of many other surgeries that do not practice safe methods when using anaesthetics on patients. There are many cowboys out there playing with patient’s lives by not having the correct facility, processes and suitably qualified staff monitoring patients under an anaesthetic. This practice definitely plays by the rules, has the required number of medically qualified staff on hand and takes patients lives seriously.

  I was every nervous about getting all wisdom teeth extraction, on the day the staff were friendly And caring towards me.
  I highly recommend Mr Ching and staff as well as the anaesthetic on the professionalism, level of care and every experienced at their job

  Dr Martin Ching and his lovely staff looked after me back in July 2019 (Time has flown). If you want to get your wisdom tooth taken out, go and see Dr Martin Ching. You have to make sure your dentist gives you a referral to see him. He is one of the best dental surgeons in Geelong. I would not see any other dental surgeon other than him.
