  Placed order 3 May (in stock).
  23 May followed up and advised was just arriving in stock and would be dispatched in next day.
  27 June (7 weeks since ordered) and still not received with no response to email, phone or FB messanger over last week.
  Don't deal with this company.

  Like many other reviews on here, I placed an order but never received my items.
  
  I purchased $260 worth of items and after numerous emails asking for information about my order and 7 weeks later of no delivery in sight, I had to open a case on PayPal to get my money back. I should have read the other reviews before placing my order.
  
  I eventually ended up ordering the items from a different business and received the items within 3 business days.
  
  Quite disappointed, 7 weeks is a huge amount of time to leave a customer in the dark. Not to mention the amount of money on the line. Will not bother shopping here again.

  Placed an order of over $150 on April 19th and have only received order confirmation, no info on shipping, whether items are out of stock etc. I have emailed twice, no response. Messaged their instagram, no response. Havent been able to get a refund as again, I've received no response. Really disappointing as I wanted to purchase from a small business, but the customer service just isn't there.

  Placed an order two weeks ago. I received a message saying that the payment had not yet gone through. However it was instant through PayPal. Since then I have tried to call, email and messenger them but no answers. I received one text saying they are not taking calls but nothing else. I have asked to cancel the order and they have read the message and not replied. I have since reached out to the art community and turns out many are having same issue. Will lodge a paypay dispute and contact consumer protection tomorrow. Very disappointed as was looking for a new supplier for our business but sometimes supporting small business does not pay off

  I purchased some ink from this business on March 26th, the only email confirmation I received was from PayPal. I hadn’t noticed. 2 weeks had passed and I then realised I hadn’t had any tracking updates, or confirmations. I emailed this business (and realised I actually had conversed with them once before- it took 2 months to receive the initial reply). Anyway with that I decided to call them, 3 phone calls, no answer. Then a text message from Nicole, stating short staffed, using text message system and if I message through my enquiry, she’d get back to me as soon as possible.
  
  Ok cool, no worries. I sent my reply, and then again 3 days later. Never received a response. So 3.5 weeks all up now, still hadn’t heard anything. I contacted PayPal to dispute. There was no response by them to PayPal, so I took it further to get a refund. Only then did they send me an order fulfilment email. Not even an apology email. My order was packed and posted. I received my order today. Let down again, no apology note in there for the massive delay. Is this business serious?!
  
  I’m really appalled by the customer service. After reading the other reviews, I see I am not the only one that has been mistreated. Was I ever going to get my order if I hadn’t taken to PayPal?
  
  If this business has this much continuous trouble fulfilling online orders, maybe they should close the online store. That would be much better, rather then taking peoples hard earned money and leaving them hanging, as well as leaving them feeling very angry.
  
  Learn what respectful customer service is & do better.
