- Chris McManus Added September 01, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Here's our story: We ordered a bed and one part was incorrectly installed from the factory in China. We then rang the store for a replacement piece, along with a detailed explanation including photo's. They sent that piece out, but it was the wrong piece - we seriously couldn't have been more clearer! We have now just been informed that the correct piece will take a further 2 weeks to arrive - after this piece arrives it would have been over 5 weeks since the purchase. Never again and Geelong is too small for word not to travel!!!
